Breathing Class

Do you ever find yourself holding your breath or out of breath?

A heavy sigh or yawn are some of the body's best ways to relieve stress, tension and toxins.

In this class we will do movements to help open up our bodies breathing pathways, and discover fun breathing techniques to help us breathe through the ups and downs of life!

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if possible.

Partnered Massage Class

Come learn massage techniques to help you & your friend, partner, relative, roommate, or your significant whom ever relax and de-stress.

In this 75 minute class you’ll each learn & receive massage care from head to toe!

We’ll focus on typical chronic areas of tension in the body, and demonstrate how to help each other maintain wellness and experience relief on a regular basis.

No massage table is needed! Please bring a yoga mat if possible.
